How do I measure my wall?
Measure the width and height of the surface you want to cover, in centimetres and at its widest point. Enter them in the configurator: we add 5 cm of safety margin so the mural always fits.
What is the safety margin and do I pay for it?
It is the extra 5 cm we add to your size for installation. The price is calculated on the final size, margin included, and you always see it before paying.
How much does a mural cost?
It depends on the size and the material: from €42,35/m² (VAT incl.). On each design page you see the price for your exact size before paying; shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I print my own photo?
Yes. Upload your image in «Your photo» (JPG, PNG or WebP), crop it, and we check the resolution at your exact size before you pay.
What resolution does my photo need?
What counts is DPI at final size: from 150 DPI the quality is optimal, and between 100 and 150 it is acceptable. Below that we warn you it may look pixelated and, if you decide to continue, a person reviews it before production.
Will I see how it looks before buying?
Yes. Every design is shown placed on a wall at real scale, with a person’s silhouette for reference. Before printing, you approve the proof.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, for €5, deducted from your order. Request it from the design page and we will reply by email.
How long does delivery take?
Between 7 and 10 business days from payment confirmation, production and delivery included, in Spain and the EU.
How much is shipping and which countries do you deliver to?
Shipping (VAT incl.): Spain 11,98 € · European Union 24,08 €. We do not ship to other countries yet.
What is it printed with and where is it made?
PVC-free latex inks. We make it in Spain/EU.
Do I need adhesive to hang it?
You can add adhesive to your order in the configurator (charged per m²) or use your own.
Can I return it if I do not like it?
Murals are made to measure and personalised, so the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103(c) of the Spanish consumer protection law, RDL 1/2007). You keep your legal guarantee: if it arrives defective, damaged or not as ordered, write to hola@thepaperwallstudio.com. If you are unsure about the colour, order a sample first.
Do you sell to professionals?
Yes. Switch on «Professional» in the menu to see prices excluding VAT; we have a technical sheet and a sample set for interior design studios, decorators and architects. Reaction to fire is provided on request.
How do I track my order?
With your order number and email you can see the status at each step: paid, in production, shipped and delivered.
