When your mural arrives and what shipping costs
Every mural is made to order to your measurements. Here are the lead times and shipping costs, with no surprises.
Delivery time
Between 7 and 10 business days from payment confirmation, production and delivery included, in Spain and the EU.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination country (VAT incl.).
| Destination | Shipping cost |
|---|---|
| Spain | 11,98 € |
| European Union | 24,08 € |
If your country is not listed, we do not ship there yet.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you the tracking number. You can check its status at any time with your order number and email.
Samples
A sample costs €5 and is deducted from your order. Request it from any design page.
Returns and guarantee
Murals are made to measure and personalised, so the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103(c) of the Spanish consumer protection law, RDL 1/2007). You keep your legal guarantee: if it arrives defective, damaged or not as ordered, write to hola@thepaperwallstudio.com and we will sort it out with a reprint or a refund, as appropriate.
If you are unsure about the colour, order a sample before ordering the mural.
