Terms of sale

1. Seller

These terms govern the sale of products through thepaperwallstudio.com by [OWNER], tax ID [NIF/CIF], registered at [ADDRESS], email [hola@thepaperwallstudio.com].

2. Products

We sell made-to-measure printed wallpaper, manufactured to the dimensions and options you select. Presentation images are indicative; colours may vary slightly from your screen.

3. Ordering process

Choose the design and dimensions, review the summary and complete payment. Once payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation. The contract is formed upon that confirmation.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros. For consumers they are shown VAT-inclusive; for trade customers, ex-VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you complete the purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the secure gateway [Stripe]. We do not store your full card details.

6. Made-to-measure manufacturing and lead times

Each mural is made to order to your specifications. The estimated production and delivery time is [7–10] business days for Spain and the EU, unless otherwise stated.

7. Shipping

We ship to the countries listed during checkout. Costs and times depend on the destination and are shown before payment.

8. Right of withdrawal

Murals are made to measure and personalised to your specifications. Accordingly, under article 103(c) of the Spanish consumer protection law (RDL 1/2007), mirroring EU Directive 2011/83, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. You retain all legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

9. Warranty and faulty goods

If you receive a defective product, damaged in transit or not matching your order, contact us at [hola@thepaperwallstudio.com] within a reasonable time and we will resolve it (reprint or refund, as appropriate) under the legal guarantee.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution
